If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return the product under the terms outlined below. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our online platform and physical locations in Nairobi.
Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories intact. You will need to present proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt. Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for return or exchange.
We accept returns for the following reasons: incorrect items delivered, defective or damaged products on arrival, or items that do not match the description on our website. In such cases, we will offer either a replacement, store credit, or a full refund depending on product availability and your preference. All claims must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through phone, WhatsApp, or email. Our team will guide you through the return process, including arranging for pick-up or drop-off at one of our Nairobi branches. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on the condition of the product.
Please note that certain item such as personal care products, earphones, and perishables are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive defective.
